October Favourites.

Hello you lovely people!
Look at this, two blog posts within two weeks of each other - aren't you lucky?
If you can't tell I'm getting back into this whole blogging, videoing thing again, which I'm very happy about, because if you know me, you know I love being creative and I love expressing my opinion etc.
If you haven't already guessed from the title - this post will be my October favourites!

October was a strange month - it felt like it absolutely flew past but then I felt like I was waiting ages for Halloween to hurry up and then it just passed like it never even happened. I just cannot believe we are already in November! In just under two months 2016 will be over and done with and 2017 will be upon us - which is a very strange concept.
So, after boring you all to death - here are my monthly favourites!

Good Omens - Terry Pratchett
My first favourite is Good Omens. My boyfriends Auntie bought me this when she had discovered that I had never read a Terry Pratchett book (she and my boyfriend were very surprised and partly disgusted). Therefore, she decided that she would treat me to the book. I haven't read it all - but I am absolutely loving what I have read so far. I am finding it so funny and its most definitely one of those books that you cannot put down! I am certainly loving all the Queen and Freddie Mercury references so far. Thank you Sara if you're reading this!

FACE - PixiWoo
My boyfriend, Bailey, bought this for me as an early Christmas present as I stood in ASDA staring at it for quite a while, debating whether I should buy it or not. If you know me, you know I am a big fan of YouTubers and spending my evenings watching YouTube, so it will come as no surprise when I tell you that I read this in one evening. I didn't realise until I bought the book that it's actually aimed at aspiring make-up artists, which at first I was a bit unhappy about, though once I began to read it, I actually enjoyed it and learnt so much about my skin and make-up. I can happily say that this book has left me wanting to be a make up artist.

Zootropolis DVD
Nick Wilde POP Funko
Judy Hopps POP Funko
I'm not sure whether I have featured this movie on my blog yet (I apologise if I have), but I remember seeing the characters from Zootropolis everywhere in the Disney Store one day when I entered and being very confused - but the people in the Disney Store had explained that it was a very, very good and popular movie - so the same day I went out and bought it and I instantly fell in love. Never in a million years did I expect the film to be as good as it was! It made me laugh, it made me cry - its just incredible. and of course when visiting HMV I couldn't resist the POP Vinyl figures of Judy and Nick themselves to add to my collection.

Ariel Tsum Tsum
Flounder Tsum Tsum
Sebastian Tsum Tsum
Sticking with the Disney theme - I bought these three Tsum Tsums. Though I don't have much to say about them as they are only soft toys - The Little Mermaid has always been my favourite Disney movie and to have these little guys sat on my desk on a daily basis makes me very happy.

Morphe 35T
My next favourite is the Morphe 35T palette which I had fallen in love with long before the previous palette I bought (35K) - but as you can see a lot of the shades are pink - and pink eye shadow has never really suited me, even though I do have green eyes - so I bought it, trying to be a little more adventurous and I'm so happy that they actually do suit me - I mean, I have most definitely been using the gold shade the most - but nevertheless, I have used the pink and purple shades.

Soap and Glory Sexy Mother Pucker XL Plumping Gloss
Now. When buying this product I was quite sceptical. (I know I'm about the be heavily judged) but for a while I've been thinking of getting lip fillers - I certainly do not need lip fillers (hence why I don't have them) but I was just throwing ideas around. I bought the product in the hopes it would give me the effect of having plumper lips and I was right. The product is very strange. Its a very sticky substance and its very heavy on the lips and it is chocolate scented - which I don't particularly like. But after applying the product for about 10 minutes after my lips tingle and although the difference between the before and the after isn't huge - I definitely see a change. I get plumper lips without the lip filler!

NSPA Apple and Lime Facewash
This product is solved exclusively to ASDA. I bought this in October because my face began to dry up dramatically and I needed something to bring it back to life. I am no expert on skin, so I had no idea what product would help, so I just bought the face wash without thinking. I really like the formula and the smell - though they are comparable to Fairy Liquid (I still enjoy it). Once I wash it from my skin, it feels so soft and refreshed.

Taylor Swift Perfume
My Mom recently bought this for me (as it was on sale in Boots) and it has never caught my attention because I had always been in love with her Wonder Struck perfume and I didn't want to sway from it - I am glad I swayed. I was lucky enough to receive all three of her scents but this one is most definitely my favourite. I'm so bad at describing scents but its very sophisticated - it's not overly sweet, though it's not overly fresh...its just very grown up compared to her others.

Herbal Essences Shampoo
Herbal Essences Conditioner
In the months of October I had my hair dyed to a dark red/brown/ginger colour (which I absolutely love) and I bought the Ignite My Colour Shampoo and Conditioner and they're so good! I wont harp on too much, but they definitely do what it says on the bottle! My colour looks so much brighter and way more vivid and it makes my hair feel so luxurious after I dry it. I just love them and I will definitely purchase again.

This one is definitely a random favourite and I don't really have too much to say other than I'm really enjoying buying and receiving postcards - strange, I know - but if you head on over to my Instagram I also bought myself a selection of Disney Underground postcards which I love! (Thanks Tom for buying me a Las Vegas and New York postcard).

These slippers are from Primark, so unfortunately I cannot find a link for them, but I do remember they were £4. Without fail I will come back from a lecture, or a busy day and I will slip into them and just lounge about the flat in them, because they are so comfy. I believe they are memory foam, though I'm not 100% sure.

Thanks for sticking around and reading!
